Pam Paulsen's Biography

Pam Paulsen

Having been in the real estate industry since February 1992, Pam brings 15 years of experience into the buying and/or selling process, plus an extensive familiarity with southeast Wisconsin, having lived in the Waterford/Burlington area since the summer of 1991.

Hired as an administrative assistant in February 1992, Pam used her initial years to become very familiar with all aspects of the real estate industry. She acquired her real estate license in 1996, becoming a licensed administrative assistant. As a licensed assistant, Pam specialized in customer service, often dealing with the customer/client from the beginning of the transaction through to closing. In May 2006 she became a full-time agent. In July 2006, she completed all requirements for her Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation. Even though she had only a partial year as a full-time agent in 2006, Pam did $2.6 million in production.

Pam's easy-going personality, attention to detail, customer-service priorities and real estate expertise are invaluable to the buyer and/or seller. "I have a passion for exceptional service to those I work with," Pam said. "I believe the first priority in helping a client is to listen to their needs and dreams, and then help them fulfill them."

All three children attended both Waterford and Burlington schools, graduated from Burlington High School, and are leading productive adult lives. Pam and David currently live in Waterford.

Besides her real estate business, Pam enjoys gardening, and working with children in her church's children's ministries (even to the point of twisting balloons into various balloon creations). She also enjoys playing the piano and reading. Due to extensive involvement in church ministries over the past 33 years, Pam has an ability to work with all kinds of people, but in particular has a special understanding of families.
